Hi all! I finally got my butt on the seat to write about my recent purchases. I just got everything so a thorough review on each item will come along later if you want me to do it. Here all I can share is my first impressions on the items. By the way, sorry for the bad quality of the picture in advance! So... Here we go!

1. Starbucks Candy Twist Design Mug and Christmas Blend
Did you know I'm a sucker for Starbucks Christmas mugs?! I'm totally up for everything Christmas and this cute little chubby mug absolutely caught my eyes. I am so excited to try the Christmas blend coffee on this mug!

2. IOPE Super Vital Cream Bio Intensive
This was quite a splurge considering it retails for 100,000KRW(=approx $100). But you know how much I love the BIO line from IOPE, and this recently released magical cream was something I couldn't pass by. This product is actually very interesting because they summed two of their most beloved line which is BIO and SUPER VITAL line. Both ranges are on a pricey side but every Korean women seem to be willing to buy it nonetheless because it lives up to their expectation.
My saviour cream so far was Hanyul Seodam Cream(see my Korean Skincare Routine here). But this seems to be like a new star for my dry patches. If you suffer from rough and flaky skin like me in colder months, this will rescue you from it. Texture-wise, this is one of the thickest creams I've ever had. It's also meant to be very nourishing and I can already feel the difference on the following morning.

3. Mamonde Rose Water Toner
I instagrammed about this out of full excitement when I just got it. Frankly,  I never was intrigued by any of Mamonde skin care until they released the Rose line. They used Bulgarian rose which is known as the best rose on earth. Rose petals are well known for their softening and soothing effects on the skin. You can never deny this product for its beautiful freshly picked rose scent, which actually gotten me into this. And for 250ml it was only 15,000KRW(=approx $15) plus you can even get in cheaper during the sale. I will let you all updated on this later but this is working lovely on my skin so far!

4. Innisfree The Minimum Ampoule Essence
Okay... I'm in mad love with the brand Innisfree lately. I'm excited to try more products from their skin care range which is very affordable. And I do not know why I just came across this awesome line, THE MINIMUM which caters sensitive skins. Innisfree THE MINIMUM products contain less than 10 ingredients, 10 free system, 3 steps in your skin care. I really love this concept as being a person who believes 'less is more' in skin care. I was amazed to see an essence/serum that contains only 10 ingredients whilst serum is known to be the most concentrated skin care item. The texture of this serum is just lovely, hydrating, and clean. I will be definitely reviewing this one soon.

5. Innisfree Eco Nail Color PRO #18
This color reminds me of the pastel blue sea but it's not completely summery looking. I love Innisfree nail polishes because its brush is very wide and the polish itself applies evenly and streak-free. :)

What is your recent purchase for upcoming winter? And what do you want me to review? :-) Don't forget to follow this blog! xx Liah.

  1. Hi Liah! I also love looking at starbucks' xmas merchandise! What are the christmas drinks in Korea? & I don't know why, but I've also never bothered to read up about the minimum line until now. It sounds good! :) Will be looking out for your review. I'm a big fan of Innisfree & I'm excited that they are finally opening a store in my country!
Btw, what are the sale periods in Korea? Do brands like Innisfree/etude house have a fixed sale period/date? Thanks in advance!
